RA Consulting Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application collects, uses, and protects your personal health information.
Key Point: EndoCare works fully offline with all data stored locally on your device. You may optionally create an account to enable cloud backup and sync across devices. Cloud sync is entirely optional and you control when and if your data is uploaded.
Information We Collect
Health Data
EndoCare collects and stores the following health-related information that you voluntarily provide:
- Symptom tracking data (type, severity, frequency)
- Menstrual cycle information
- Activity and trigger logs
- Daily notes and observations
- Medical history (medications, surgeries, diagnoses)
- Personal profile information (name, age, diagnosis year)
Account Information (Optional)
If you choose to create an account for cloud backup, we collect:
- Email address (for authentication and account recovery)
- Password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text)
Technical Data
We may collect basic technical information including:
- Device type and operating system
- App usage analytics (crash reports, performance data)
- No personal identifiers are included in technical data
How We Use Your Information
Your health data is used exclusively for:
- Displaying your symptom tracking history
- Generating personal analytics and reports
- Creating PDF reports for healthcare provider consultations
- Improving your personal tracking experience
- Syncing your data across devices (if you enable cloud backup)
Data Storage and Security
Local Storage (Default)
- By default, all health data is stored locally on your device only
- Your symptom data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud backup
- Data is encrypted using your device's built-in security features
- The app works fully offline without an account
Cloud Storage (Optional)
If you choose to enable cloud backup:
- Your health data is securely stored on Supabase servers
- All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Row Level Security (RLS) ensures you can only access your own data
- Your password is securely hashed and never stored in plain text
- You can disable cloud sync and delete your cloud data at any time
Data Backup
- Local data may be backed up through your device's operating system (iCloud/Google backup)
- Cloud backup through EndoCare is optional and user-controlled
- We do not have access to your device's system backups
Data Sharing
We Do Not Share Your Health Data
- EndoCare does not sell, rent, or share your health information with third parties
- We do not use your health data for advertising or marketing purposes
- Your data is never shared with insurance companies, employers, or other apps
User-Controlled Sharing
You may choose to share your data by:
- Exporting PDF reports to share with healthcare providers
- Using your device's sharing features to send reports
- All sharing is initiated and controlled by you
Your Rights and Choices
Data Control
- You have complete control over your health data
- You can edit or delete any tracked information at any time
- You can export your data in PDF format
- Uninstalling the app will remove all local data from your device
Account and Cloud Data
- Cloud backup is entirely optional - the app works fully without an account
- You can sign out at any time while keeping your local data
- You can request deletion of your account and all cloud data by contacting us
- Deleting your account removes all your data from our servers

Children's Privacy
EndoCare is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Third-Party Services
Cloud Infrastructure (Supabase)
If you enable cloud backup, your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Supabase:
- Provides enterprise-grade security and encryption
- Is SOC 2 Type II compliant
- Does not access or use your health data for any purpose

Analytics and Crash Reporting
EndoCare may use third-party services for app performance monitoring and basic usage analytics. These services do not have access to your health information.
PDF Generation
PDF reports are generated locally on your device. No health data is sent to external PDF services.
Data Retention
- Local health data is retained until you delete it or uninstall the app
- Cloud data (if enabled) is retained until you delete your account
- Technical/analytics data (if any) is retained for 30 days maximum
- You can request complete deletion of your cloud data at any time
Changes to Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will be posted within the app with the updated date. Continued use of EndoCare after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
